Returns

 

You may return or exchange most new items for a full refund. Online orders must be returned within 21 days of delivery, while in-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All garments must be in new condition with tags in place. The garments must be free from stains or fragrances. When trying on, we suggest that you don’t wear any deodorants or perfumes. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept worn, used or washed garments. We want to make sure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service from order placement to delivery. This means that garments must be in new condition when sending back for refund. All garments will be inspected or will not be refunded if return policy is not met. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

To start a return, click here. If you have an account, log in and select your order from the "Complete Orders" section. If you checked out as a guest, you can look up your order using your email address. Then simply click the Return Item(s) button and follow the prompts. You'll receive an email confirmation once we've processed your refund. 

Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping within the US with the United States Postal Service. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
