We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with returns. 

Your item(s) should be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Bought in store? You have 14 days from your purchase date to return with your receipt. 

Ordered online? You have 21 days from your delivery date to return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Red Line Sales
Items marked with a red line are offered at special pricing and are final sale.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exception: Select promotional markdowns follow our standard return policy.

To start a return click here or contact us at customercare@cr8zycurves.com and we'll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to ship your item.

Please note: Customers cover return shipping costs. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary based on your bank or card issuer.
